'Mad, I would refer you to Steve Hurseys post from the other day recapping his conversation w/ the co., also, its' obvious Smartin & Kugler are taking advantage of Rileys' exile due to Mork lawsuits and the co.'s silence pending release of its' financials and merger news. 'Mad, if this investment causes you this much grief, you may want to sell. As far as certs, Brokers MUST have a certificate in street name in their account to sell you. If they don't and tell you they do, they've commited fraud. You should contact your area NASD office like many of us have. Best to you, Pugs
