She was on the west coast (I can't get this word for word) "Where they have adult earthquakes, not the kind that do dozens of dollars of damage. Obama administration issued an emergency declaration for North Carolina before the storm is even close? Sounds to me like a situation ripe for them to spin some federal money to the administration's friends and allies. Everything these people do is suspect.
