As Paul Engel said, these so called analysts can
always pick up something and make up the reason
(they want) out of it.

Like despite the fact that Intel said PII account
for 20% of all x86 shipment(by Intel) in Q3, 25% in
Q4 and will be 50% by mid-1998, they pick up the
price cut and deduced that PII is not selling well.

We are going to see it in the Q4 report.
