Mark,

Let's try to stay on one path. Personal opinions are one thing but saying that a "reliable source" tells me that "interviews were taken" and "that articles are due soon" and then qualfying it by writing the release of these article(s) by "possibly as early this weekend"*
does not fall into the catagory of " personal opinion". Henry is putting out information that is not suppose to be known by the outside public. If it was, then LGND would have put out a PR stating that certain magazines/newpapers would be publishing upcoming articles about the company. It like me saying "Hey Mark, my source tells me that Robinson is going to announce soon that a 'major publication' is going to due an article on LGND that is going to do wonders for the company!" Your telling me that doesn't qualifying as being irresponsible on my part. What if I new 100% that the article existed but for some reason got axed before the actual publication date. You would expecting the article yet when the magazine came out and there was no article, wouldn't you feel a little miffed? Would you still believe me if I then told you that the article did exist but the magazine for some editorial reason didn't publish is in the end. You would suspect me of misleading you because you would have no way of finding out yourself if the journal did or did not have the article in the first place. And don't bet the journal would be willing to tell you why or why not they didn't publish an article-it would all depend on the circumstances.
