re: the 4:00 p.m. press briefing at Comdex on 11/18. Nothing new to report. Basically it was the same good information and enlightening sound demonstration as on 11/17. The demonstration was again very well received and Mr. Sim responded to questions in a humble but very confident and positive manner.

The partnership agreements with TDFX, EMU Systems, and Cambridge are all positive and enable Creaf to more completely provide the complete solution to the perfect complete multimedia system. The "wow" concept refers to the 7th generation of the "Environmental Audio", which is the most powerful sound system ever for which Creaf has all the ingredients; Interactivity, Flexibility, Connectivity, Creativity, Quality, Convenience, and Cost Effectiveness. According to Mr. Sim, no other company comes close to having all of the required components for the complete "Limitless Immersion Vivid Experience" that create real sound beyond professional quality for the PC.

Additionally, it is my understanding that DVD Encore sales are going very well and AWE64 kits are selling extremely well.

On another note, Creaf on SES 11/19 opened down at S$43.5, probably based on the sell off in the US, and then rallied back up to the S$45.2 (US$28 3/4). Also, Asia is mixed with Japan up another 400 or so points (2.7%), South Korea is up 1.65%, and most of Europe also up in varying amounts. Best wishes to all Creaf followers!
