The Presidential Decree of 1987 plus The Homeland Security Act, have given the Fed/The Treasury and NSA and The President the privilege do anything they wish, including to LIE about anything they wish if the subject is under the NSA "Top Secret" stamp.In fact NOT to LIE on Top Secret matter would be treason---this the new Catch-22 of are ever expanding TOTALITARIAN state. i repeat i vote for no one, and denounce all parties---that just a freakshow to keep public's eye off the hard reality, we are already a totalitarian state ruled by a small plutocracy. i will probably be dead before it happens(i am already OLD:(, but they will take and take more and more power such that this will end, at some point in a bloodbath. But as a plutocracies are in place in all over the world, this bloodbath can indeed become global. i actually see no major difference between China/Russia and The U.S.--totalitarianism is the same thing that can where different customs/different lipsticks to paint a pig--but they all remain Pigs, gluttonous Pigs. If we breakclose above 1220, i see little hope they will breakthough 1265 also.
