The Hathor BOD did not think the offer was sufficient. I don't follow it closely but I suspect I would side with the BOD. For the sake of the sector I would have liked to see a better premium offered. Who knows, maybe someone else will make a bid.

There are other companies out there - perhaps a joint Dennison/Areva bid or a Chinese or Korean company. Cameco is not going to walk away yet. I would suspect a $4.10 bid would be accepted by the BOD so since it is a cash bid why not wait in this market.
