Yes Apple did get helped by the market. It has so far gone a whole percent higher that the Goog Boob this afternoon. Oh, BTW, I finally did run by articles about Apple's TREMENDOUS LOSS to Samphoney. You know? It wasn't exactly a loss. The judge compromised the date to be halfway between Apple's preferred date of February 2012 and Samphoney's hoped for beyond all hope date of March 2013. Either they both lost or they both won. Or it was a tie and each is kissing their sister.
