BPP and All:

Here is another idea. (Just my speculation again) By looking at VSGN moneywise you can't see anything very exciting besides the fact that this company is in market recovery stage (as BORL), has good product, for today's market, zero long term debt..

I doubt that this was a major factor for Del Yokam's decision. Then what? Why does this man is making this step, specifically now, when BORL's situation is still unstable, market condition is not the best at all. What is in the Del's "back pocket" then.

Then I looked at my own posting (#7519) and suddenly.:

During the quarter, the Company completed agreements with over 125 new corporate customers, including AT&T Bell Atlantic; Deutsche Bank; General Electric Medical Systems; General Motors; J.P. Morgan; MCI; Merck; NationsBank; NextLink; Northern Telecom; Northwest Trust; Pacific Corp; and SmithKline Beecham.

That's it! This company has already well-established name and sales relations with "big guys" (just look at the names: GE Medical, AT&T, Merc, NationsBank, etc.) read: ENTERPRISES. This is exactly what BORL need now to have Delphi Enterprise and JBuilder Client/Server suite succeed (let's be honest - there is not that many developers around who can afford to buy $45,000 package, "just to play with").

May be I'm wrong, but as one man once said: "the best minutes in life is experienced the man who is capable to be crazy". I think man like Yokam must be a little bit "unconventional" if he has the target to turn BORL around.

Good investing to all.
