Uh huh. And what percentage of Americans actually own gold as a significant percentage of their investment portfolios? 34%? I kinda doubt it...

As Ben Davies said recently...gold is all the talk at cocktail parties...but it's just talk. He spoke recently at a conference for family offices (high net worth). He said that NONE of them owned ANY gold. And these are people with tons of dough.

"Thirty-four percent of Americans say gold is the best long-term investment

Well, every chump and his brother is into gold these days and they are all jabbering about fiat money, whatever the hell that is.

Getting close to that time when the big guys pull the rug out from under the usual suspects.

Why are bubbles never called bubbles until they burst?"

Hilarious.

Oh, well.

Someone has to win and someone has to lose.

Talking about gold at the (negative) 50% place is bound to get you banned. Only high 'value' small caps and pennies, the ones that get hammered first and hardest in bad markets, allowed to be discussed there. The poor slobs following that line are going to get slaughtered. Probably have already.
