You did point out a problem with the system. Medical providers running up costs by pushing users to come in more than they need to because they assume the government is paying. On the other hand your lack of compassion for the needy is obvious. You lump all users of assistance together with the "gamers" who are a very small fraction of the users in the system. Most people getting help need it. There's no need to be ugly..."go fly a kite"..."can't we all just get along?"
