Carmine, I have been flirting with the idea of buying some TKC for some time now. I think it is a wonderful stock to own and is undervalued at these prices. It is a core holding in one of the mutual funds I own shares in, the Neuberger & Berman Genesis Fund (this fund is handily beating the S&P 500 with excellent small-cap value investing).

This stock always brings back memories for me because in the 60's and 70's when I was living in Chicago, people used to regularly picket the Morton Salt factory because Thiokol was their parent company at the time. When Thiokol spun off Morton, I think they gave Morton their air-bag business. If I'm not mistaken, Thiokol will be working again with Morton on some air-bag related ideas. Check out TKC's website, their history is quite fascinating. I'll let you know if I decide to take a stake in TKC, it's been on my radar screen for a long time.
