"They were reporting it to be exactly what it was." OK .. But if they ( TWC ) really were expecting CAT1/CAT2 to hit the outer banks of NC .. Then Jeff Morrow wouldn't have been standing in the wave wash on Atlantic Beach where he was/is reporting from .. My location is expected to be within 20 mi of the center of circulation sometime mid-day tomorrow .. I'm less than 500 yards from LI Sound .. I'm expecting some coastal flooding and loss of power due to downed trees/branches due to tropical storm force "gusts" .. I'll keep you posted .. Triff ..
