That explanation gets to the heart of what the reverse repos are all about....my guess is we'll get another "crisis", then the Fed will pawn off the toxic crap on their balance sheet to the Fed at the purchase price. The banksters be sabed, the rest of us be screwed. The only possiblity of that NOT happening would be if the Teaper's take control of both the House and Senate (in which case we're screwed anyway). Time to start pricing beachfront property in Costa Rica.....
