Indeed....Russwinter used to describe China's T-bond and bill holdings as "Old Maid cards"....they are anything but that. They provide political leverage over the U.S. government and gives them a great deal more influence than they would have ever hoped to get otherwise. Which is why Timmy and O are over there regularly begging for forgiveness.....
