There is a different motive for this raid and action outside of what the DOJ is telling the press and Gibson

If the DOJ can make this charge stick, precedent would be set for following laws in other countries that protect labor and its work rules - read union rules - outside of this country.

Gibson is small potatoes and will go unnoticed outside of the blogoshpere but might mean a lot for unions and international law - certainly, for the Obama justice department and its favorable treatment of unions in this country.

SUGGESTIONS FOR GIBSON:

become a union shop.

donate to the Obama campaign.

Remember:

"Go union or feel Barry's wrath."
