The Obama administration has long been a supporter of international law taking precedence over US law. This is a way to take a big step in that direction.

Add to that the amateur musicians who aspire to being professional---------there are numerous people who write and play their own music and use guitars--------and record their CD;s which don't make it to the top.

Their instruments are like gold to them.
