We are still with a continuation pattern. Odds favor a resolution here to the downside in my opinion but a breakout on higher volume to the upside and I could be persuaded to change my mind. What I am looking at is the triangle here that has been forming with higher lows and lower highs within it as seen here on the S&P 500 chart. These types of patterns are often seen within a bearish downtrend when the market gets extremely oversold. That is to say oversold like it was two weeks ago. RtS
