This is how the NYT reports that it is now a tropical storm.
Latest Updates Irene is forecast to remain at or near hurricane strength as it moves to the Northeast.


They have to keep up the hype, drama and the facade for some nefarious reason.
There is no doubt in my mind that Obama's czars will use the hurricane as an excuse to implement changes we won't like.
