Why the hell would Novell or anybody else what a company with nothing but a historical product? Their glib CEO simply has to have his ass fired for being a complete failure. I suppose one could argue whether or not incompetent and unfocused CEOs really exist but if you are going to concede that point then you have to face the fact that this bone-head fits the bill. This company been rotting from the inside out and head down for a long time. Face it, they have no value whatsoever and the dream-like state this buffoon seems to be is not helping matters. Their process sucks (like they have one), their products stink and their management couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag. On the upside, they are invaluable in their service as a bad example.
