Thanks, Steve Harris remembered. I don't think they will catch Gaddafi/Qaddafi, but you never can tell; I also thought Mubarak would get away.

These were the posts I recalled.

Fox is reporting that Tripoli has fallen to rebel forces. It appears that KuhDaffy has fled to Algeria where he will be free from extradition to the World Court.

I suspect the Libyans will be too occupied in a civil war to worry about Lockerbie. I doubt Qaddafi has really fallen with Tripoli; he may be following Saddam's example of retreating to tribal strongholds to fight on from there.
