The index is not depended on the amount of money donated. Some very poor countries rate pretty high.

I agree about the need for not bickering. But I was not the one that called some other country's entrepreneurial/investment/charity icon a "human slug". I think such attacks should not be tolerated. What do you think?

two very troubling videos, and the 'conversation' in the second vid is the sort of rubbish one used to hear much more in china, when i was there in the late 60s.

note the true power of the electorate in a by the people for the people event situated in the public town hall, and note especially how meek the 'popular' resistance was when the electorates were simply and just picked off one by one per typical progression of tyranny rule and terror reign
