A couple of courts have ruled it unconstitutional and a couple constitutional. All these cases have been appealed and it will be decided by the Supreme Court of the US.

In this scenario, it will become a REAL entitlement for those who can't pay, or choose not to to pay, paid for by the middle class that does pay it's bills.

It will break the country in a decade or two, TOTALLY. Sooner if they keep universal coverage and no denial of benefits to anyone.
