Jim,

I used 20% because that is how most people measure a bear market! Just remember Japan's interest rate drop from 4 or 5% to less than 1% and they are still in a bear market after a number of years! Just because inflation and interest rates are low does not mean we can not have a major bear market! I'm still predicting that the chances of a bear market IMO is far greater than not at this time! It still might be a month or two away!
