It really went parabolic starting in 2003 though.. I guess the GOP lead congress from 1995-2006 had only a minor role? I would say Carter's CRA of 1978 was the ultimate game changer..lol

Ironic how the only TWO times the GOP controlled EVERYTHING for a sustained period of time lead to our two biggest financial crisis and deepest economic downturns in a century..
