There is nothing in place to stop a buyout that anyone knows of, other than a bidding war. I suspect that the largest "block" of stock is that held by participants on this thread (hey, Skip's got a ton). So there's no easy way to effect a buyout, and therefore word would quickly leak. Tokyo Mex would probably know before Jenkins. So 24 million shares x $?? could get expensive in a hurry. The large number of shares is a first line of defense. Cyber-solidarity would be a force never before encountered by a potential bidder. I wonder if a potential bidder could stand up to the scrutiny we'd subject it to.
