Considering the number of government programs that give away free money, thus increasing the chances for a person to do so, I would say there are more than likely millions of scammers.

I never said there weren't any scammers. I just disagreed with the statement that there were millions.

I have been told that there probably are millions just in the state of California. I tend to agree, and again will change my opinion.

There definitely could be millions across the entire country.
