Everybody that isn't a hollywood or WDC elitist "could use the help" once in awhile, but honest and frugal people never ask for a government handout. Liberals tell people they are entitled and most of them don't give it a second thought. A friend's x-dil for instance. Healthy 29 yr old on food stamps because her daughters (who live with their father because she walked away) visit twice a month. She and her deadbeat boyfriend scam the system yr round.
