Her making that error was unbelievable. Some people are naturally smarter than others, but education in this country is broken. Her having the degrees she does and being that ill informed prove that schools and colleges aren't doing their job. For the record, of the first four Presidents, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams signed the Declaration of Independence and George Washington and James Madison signed the Constitution. Lincoln was the sixteenth President. You would think she would at least know he signed the Emancipation Proclamation since she's black. * * *
