i have avoided the established large cap miners for a mid cap which has done spectacularly. lots of gold, too. gold-related stuff about 60% of pf. miners are about to take off, imo. bought a spec explorer for my son's account, claude resources, which should do well. i am looking at platinum. paul's successful investments speak loudly to his vision. poor dale, no gold. pennies, small caps, and 'value' stocks, ugh. ugly. no brk for me. buffet might be the statistical anomaly taleb talks about.
