Jeff, you got my point.
However, I am not very knowledgeable about the technical analysis.
A broker which I respect very much, who buy and holds really long term only excellent companies says that technical analysis is garbage.
He works at a very respected regional firm and is one of the most competent (and honest) brokers I know and work with.
I went to Barnes & Noble and bought 2 basic books about technical analysis, so at least I know a little what everybody is talking about.
In reading the excellent book by O'Shaughnessy, What works on Wall Street, I got the point that the Price/sales ratio is the most important element.
Even better when a low PSR goes with a high relative strength.
In ACTM case, they sell $29 a share of goods, they have been growing like crazy.
I bought some more at 14.5 Monday. Time will tell.
regards,
Alfredo
