Lets say I am not expecting a new bull market but a rally in a bear market. No new higher highs but at the moment lower highs. September could be a danger zone followed by October a month with a terrible reputation for crashes. November is the buy month for the year end rallies. Then again what the heck do I know? I am usually always wrong. One would have made more money doing the opposite of what I did than following me. That is the truth.
