Don't just respond with idealogical comments. Do you prefer emotional comments? What do you have against ideology? Ownership is NOT easy. Fending off statists and other thieves is a full time job.

Working is hard. Owning is easy, and lazy. You are working off this false premise. Most people don't inherit the money they have, they work for it and then worry and plan on how to invest it. I won't go round and round with you on this subject. Get an economics book and read up on it.

You say land owners pay high taxes and workers pay low taxes. You assume property owners didn't earn that ownership. Why should the guy who works very hard and puts the excess money that is left over after taxes and cost of living into property be fined for doing so? If you were an owner, you would already know that taxing the sale of assets.........like property....... already happens. Now that you know that, what percentage iyo should the state tax the sale of an asset? Envy is so evil and unproductive. People who suffer envy should not get mad, they should get even.........by doing everything in their power to be an owner. As for those who have succeeded and gathered assets, lets tax the sale of their asset. It makes the fruit of their labour less valuable, but all the workers already envy them. Who you want to be, a worker with low taxes, or a land owner with high taxes? Owning is not easy and lazy, owning is full of responsibilities both physical, psychological and monetary. You would not understand unless you put extra assets into owning. If you did, you would be singing a different tune. Working is hard. Owning is easy, and lazy.
