Ten, this is typical hype....this guy doesn't know what he's talking about and is peddling cynical conjecture because it sells...promote more lending? How does he know? What I have read, which is in itself premature conjecture, is that they will only deal with existing mortgages, they have to have been backed by freddie and fannie to begin with, and that they will back the same existing mortgages at going rates through a refi...what he's implying has not been published by anyone...
