There is a 99% chance that if a Republican is elected they will appoint more Scalia's and Thomas' who will uphold the Citizens United decision and a 99% chance a dem will not. This whole war is about partisonship. You haven't figured that out yet? And why I dont trust moderates like "Kennedy!!!". That citizens United Case threatens our freedom and is most likely uncostitutional. Obama appointed two supreme court justices, and they both voted against the Citizens United decision. Compare that with 6 justices appointed in a row by Republicans that did or would have voted for citizens United (Rhenquist was as bad as Scalia). And voted to steal the election from Gore. You really don't see the pattern and question if it was a my ""camp or your camp". You really think Kennedy felt the Citizens United case was good law, or stealing th election was OK (as a moderate?)? "The proof is in the pudding", for god's sake. Obama also has many judges appointed that the Republican's have tied up in the senate.
