Entitlement reform? Like SS? Like Medicare? MAINSTREAM America wants these programs to continue. Tax reform? MAINSTREAM America wants to tax the rich more.

I'm assuming that you know that the only way that the entitlement programs can continue is change the unsustainable path they are current on......so entitlement reform is needed so that the programs can continue in the long run.

Tax reform is not about class warfare. It is about making the current system more simple and transparent. Reagan had a version of this in his second term. Obama has claimed he is in favor of the concept but, like with so many other things, has done nothing to back up his words.

A version of these sort of things appeared in Simpson-Bowles. Simpson-Bowles was set up by Obama (he was for it before he was against it) and was obviously not a conservative Republican effort.
