I always use that comparison to show just how stupid the US voting public is. Nixon versus McGovern. That was the devil versus an intelligent compassionate hero. Not too hard to see who to vote for. Nixonn won 49 out of 50 states. I was thinking about Clarence Thomas a moment ago. So the Republican's (Ted Danforth was the sponser) felt Clarence Thomas was smartest lawyer in the country for the supreme court! That either shows ignorance beyond belief or the Republican party shitting on the constitution. Their dear constitution. Boy, how anyone can be a Republican or get them mixed up with dems is beyond me.
