LOL....I'm no guru either, but why are banks hoarding
cash? system's broken, it's not Japan, not Argentina
not Russia. This time it's different, all we get is TBTF
because the system would freeze no matter who fails.

If someone who had an adjustable rate can manage to re-fi, the rates are fine. Even if the adjustable rate bumps to LIBOR + 2 or 3 percent, it's cheap money ... and should be for a while thanks to Ben.
