Sounds good, these kind of deals should be all about learning, the experience can be converted in many ways not just monetary return...sounds like fun, and if it becomes a venture that yields than so be it. I like the idea that your processor isnt a continent away like Haims.....good luck certainly. Have fun first and foremost.
