I see him pre-gaming the (R) objections, compromising to meet them, and finally picking someone the RIGHT will accept, who will just be another agent of the corporatocracy. Besides, it's the sane members of the Supremes that are most likely to be retiring The first two he put in voted against the Citizens United decision? And my read of both of them is that they are OK. Way too moderate for me but OK. I was hoping for a Felix Frankfurter-lol.
