This was all gone through in Brave New World by Huxley. The rule breaking savages who rebel will be more vigorous and eventually win. Ditto as Spengler said of new cultures. We are an effete culture. Our stranglehold on power is loosening as it did with the Normans. You cannot fight the masses.

Our people are having fewer and fewer daughters. Half in each generation. Eventually, in 20 generations we will have 1 millionth the number of daughters. There will be 15 Canadian women left, and some really horny men.
