He basically likens this to the horrible selloff in money center banks like Citicorp, Chase etc. in the early 90's. YOu probably were about 8 then. He kept doubling down and tripling down then when he couldn't stand it any longer, he "puked" them all up for big losses. Then, everything turned around and if he'd held, on, he'd have made millions on them. The moral of the story is, hang on and double down if you can. Since I'm not long, I can't double down but I will try to pick a near bottom to cover and go long. For you, I'd say hang in there and buy more if you can. look at leaps. BTW, just because something is "wildly overdone" doesn't mean it will end anytime soon; i.e. AMAT, TXN, etc.
