The price came down, but the volume wasn't very large. As far as I know, Dec.1 is still a go. That means a cable carrier should be announced soon. The MM maybe trying to churn the nervous little investors out before the rollout. I don't think any of the prefs are selling and they have a big stake. Push is comming to shove here and the time is close for seeing ACTV's true potential. I held the stock for a long time, as many others on this thread have, soon will see if it was worth the long wait. I just hope that when they do start advertizing, they'll remember the stockholders and throw some PR our way.

Jeff, Re: Has there been any official statement of Dec. 1 as the Texas rollout? I think the closest thing to an official statement is William Samuels mention of it in his last press release: In entertainment, we just completed construction in Dallas of our new master control facility to prepare for the imminent launch of the Company's first individualized regional sports network, in conjunction with FOX Sports Southwest. the definition of imminent is: about to happen, impending. Based on the definition it sounds very close, as in this year. Best Regards, Buzz
