A federal judge has tossed out a lawsuit accusing the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office of discrimination, negligence and abuse during a raid.

U.S. District Court Judge Stephen McNamee issued a ruling that dismissed the suit on the grounds the Sheriff's Office and county administrators did not know of, participate in or authorize any unconstitutional conduct during the February 2009 raid on a Phoenix landscaping firm.

Shipping our stuff to Italy eventually went well after I filed some 'minor complaints' with their lead partner in the US. Those guys, who delivered the goods were fast and efficient, drove over night from Napoli to us, a 10 hours truck drive, unloaded and went straight back home. I gave them a € 50 tip for the lunch and they were worth it.

Agree, that I wouldn't put all my eggs in the Italy basket (-case). That's why we maintain a home in Munich and also co own with my sister a 15 acres farmers home in the forests in Southern Sweden.

Don't be so sure, that having all your eggs in the basket (-case) of Obama land is such a wise idea either...
