Baldwin piano has gone out of business.

Is it correct to say that a company has "gone out of business" when it still exists under the same name (though as a subsidiary of another company that bought them out), still has employees, and still manufactures and sells their primary product under the same (company) name, though now in another country?

Not in my book, but then, that's just me.

Your definitions may vary.

Lots more about the Baldwin Piano Company here:

And what this has to do with Soros and Jesse Jackson, I'm not quite sure.

But I'm pretty sure you will tell us.

EOM from here.
