Today's WSJ has a piece on the NLRB's new little mandate governing the size and placement of union organizing posters. For example, they must be 11 by 17 in size and must be placed where the NLRB says. Care to guess how many pages this new directive is? 6 million U.S. businesses need to read and follow this regulation. How many pages do you think it is? Take a wild guess...
