Response from Joe Lanza Wes, Can the insults, I don't need it. Now, I have to admit that my experience has been with Maesa. All the Proxies were sent out, however what the transfer agent delivered were from the brokeridge firm. In my 7 annual Maesa shareholder meetings, I did not get the impression that the brokerage firm counted out what each individual shareholder wanted. Now lets take this a step further. If you open a new account, were in the small print it says that you are objecting to let the Company know who you are. Do you believe that they are going to forward your proxy to the Company? So Wes, I have been buying and asking for delivery. Lets see if I am right or wrong. I do know for sure that if I have my shares, I send my proxy to the company, the transfer agent can verify, and I get my vote. No big deal Wes, just another reason why you should hold your own stock, in my confused state of mind. Joe Lanza
