Don't know if there will be more candidates... I have big doubts about Romney, but Perry appears to be a rather formidable guy. Most likely he would be the one that Obama would be most worried about. The big underlying problem in the background is that the economy is not even close to the point when it could bottom out. Someone will have to preside over hard times, and will possibly take a political hit. Whichever candidate and party will win next time may find themselves blamed for many things. But, I'll tell ya, even if so, I'd rather have in charge a person who has sound principles and a steady hand. The current crop of printers had their chance, and, predictably, the only thing they achieved was to lose any credibility.
