Re: Extending the Warrants

I just got off the phone with Mr. Valentine, the CFO of the company. While he gave me the necessary line of not being able to respond at this time if the company was considering extending the warrants, I got the impression that they would extend the warrants to increase the chances of raising additional cash if they don't raise the entire amount they are seeking from the private placement.

My broker is very high up at M.H. Meyerson, the company that issued the very favorable research report a few months ago. He usually doesn't like for me to sell shares of the IPOs that he gets me into and he also doesn't like for me to go with warrants over the common, but he did recently agree with my request to sell a considerable amount of the IPO shares to buy the JMAR warrants.

I reccomend that all warrant holders call (or fax or e-mail) Dr. Martinez or Mr. Valentine at (619) 535-1706 and Eugene Heller, the Investor Relations contact, at (310)208-2550, and urge them to consider extending the warrants for the good of the company.

I am the CEO of a mid-sized company with 70 employees. I have been encouraging them and friends to buy the shares and warrants. If the hundreds of readers of this thread would do the same, we would benefit ourselves and those that buy in!
