Yes, correct, you don't suddenly "poof" into the future, that's only fiction... in reality, the faster you move, the faster time moves forward outside your capsule, so in order to move several weeks forward in time, you have to move a great speed for several days... to move forward in time several years, your speed would have to increase significantly and it might take a week or more... the astronauts are actually a few nanoseconds younger than they would have been had they not traveled at 12,500 mph for the time they spent in space... if they traveled 250,000 mph for several days they would be several days younger... and so on... travel around the earth at several million mph for a week and you might return 100 years in the future...
